About Christina

I am a passionate storyteller, a performer who loves to play, and the American daughter of a German immigrant. My own struggles with anger, low self-esteem and addiction began to shift when I experienced the power of embodied action for healing through the arts, including music, improv theater, mask and puppet work, and ensemble based physical theatre at Dell' Arte International School in 2004. To be witnessed and connected to others while standing in my truth was an experience that made me want to live!

Constellations have allowed me to go much deeper into the space that needed the most healing for me: my family. In addition to constellations, I may weave my background with goddess rituals, guided meditation, and drama & art therapy techniques into the process.

I earned an MA in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Drama Therapy from California Institute of Integral Studies. I am certified as a constellations facilitator through Convivium Constellations, Leslie Nipps’ training school. I also trained in Gestalt Constellations at Esalen Institute with Gordon and Nancy Wheeler. I facilitate constellations locally in the San Francisco East Bay Area, internationally online, and at Elderflower Womanspirit Festival in Mendocino.

I am also a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHT) and a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner through the Association of Depth Hypnosis Practitioners. Learn more about Depth Hypnosis, a methodology developed by Isa Gucciardi, Ph.D., at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream.

I offer intuitive companionship on the path to re-connecting with inner guidance. My specialty is working with artists and creative people. In addition to working with family and systemic issues in constellations; I focus on self-expression, reclaiming power, and the integration of parts that may have been lost along the way.
